1. Terms and Conditions
Any sale made, or service provided by, Hose Source, LLC (“Seller”) is exclusively governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale, and Seller’s willingness to provide hose assemblies, materials, products, supplies, components, or devices to Buyer is conditioned on the terms and conditions set forth below.
2. Warranty
a. Hoses Assembled by Hose Source, LLC
Seller warrants that new hose assemblies, provided under any Buyer order, will be and have been, completed in accordance with the terms of such Buyer order, applicable laws, and regulations, in a workmanlike and professional manner, and in accordance with generally accepted industry standards, and such hose assemblies are free from defects in workmanship for a period of up to thirty (30) days after delivery.
b. Third Party Products
Defects in materials, products, supplies, components, or devices incorporated into hose assemblies assembled by Seller, or hoses assembled by a third party and sold by Seller, are subject exclusively to the manufacturer’s or third party’s existing applicable warranties and are excluded from any warranty provided by Seller.
c. Remedy
Should any assembly covered by this limited warranty be defective in terms of workmanship under normal use, and with proper installation and maintenance during the specified period after delivery to the original purchaser, the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for the defective assembly shall be either refund of the original purchase price, repair of the assembly, or replacement of the assembly, at Seller’s sole discretion.
Hose Source recommends annual certification as an industry standard and can assist with root cause analysis for products outside the 30 day warranty period for a service fee.
d. Exclusions
The warranty excludes:
i) all liabilities for damages arising from loss of use, profits, business interruption, and any other incidental and/or consequential damages;
ii) losses or damages resulting from misuse from the hose assemblies intended purpose, abuse, neglect, mishandling, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification or alteration, use beyond the rated capacity, or any cause not attributable to the Seller;
iii) any, and all, other warranties whether express or implied including, redhibitory defects, fitness for use, and/or merchantability.
This warranty does not cover, and Seller does not warrant any material(s), product(s), supply(ies), component(s), device(s), and/or hose assembly(ies) which is/are shipped, or used, outside of the territorial boundaries of the United States of America.
This warranty does not cover, and Seller does not warrant any used hose which Buyer requests to be repaired and/or reassembled with new fittings.

4. Buyer’s Responsibility for Specifications
When Hose Source assembles or services products according to the Buyer’s specifications (including engineering data, drawings, schematics, materials, components, data, or other requirements, hereafter referred to as “Specifications”), the Buyer assumes full responsibility for determining the suitability and sufficiency of these Specifications. The Buyer also assumes responsibility for the outcome and performance of the product based on these Specifications. Additionally, the Buyer is responsible for making the final selection of the product and ensuring that all performance, endurance, maintenance, safety, and warning requirements are met.
5. Certification/Recertification
Seller may, from time to time, certify, or recertify, that hose assemblies meet the maximum pressure rating for such hose assembly. Such certification, or recertification, does not warrant such assembly for any performance or pressure handling ability for any duration beyond the date and time of the certification, or recertification test.
